Sears Auto Center launched a new service in 2016, the Diehard 360 Vehicle Assessment, as a smart and easy way to find out the true condition of a vehicle. The service is for customers looking to buy, sell or maintain their vehicle.
I was responsible for looking at alternative ways to increase awareness of the product beyond email and direct mail marketing. We came up with two video campaigns for Social Media: the first was a series of testimonials from customers who used the product and, the second was a series of humorous videos that targeted Millennials.
